Our Services include: Full Assessments, Email Assessments, Desktop Assessments & Valuations. Claims administration services are also available by arrangement. Full Detailed Assessors Reports include Colour Photographs and delivery via email direct to your office in PDF format. Repairable assessments include issue of a Repair authority (on instruction), reconciliation of final account, Liaising with repairer if any discrepancies are present and a Written recommendation to settle once all is in order. Total loss assessments include WOVA coding or completed WOVA where applicable (for all States). REVS, Police report applications and Form of Release to client services are available on request. Transport of the salvage back to our holding yard is included in our assessment fee where the vehicle is picked up at the time of assessment and our disposals service is utilised. Local assessments in the Sydney Metropolitan area (including Penrith & Windsor) your office would receive our report within 5 working Days (subject to completion of the quote and access to the motorcycle). Country assessments in NSW From Albury to Murwillumbah to Dubbo (and all areas in between). your office would receive our report within 10 working days (subject to completion of the quote and access to the motorcycle). We will travel to remote NSW areas and interstate areas by arrangement. We DO NOT charge for re-assessments, should they be required unless we are required to make an urgent specific trip to a repairer to inspect items that were unavailable at the time of original assessment.
